As a former Vice President of commercial lending in Dallas, Texas, Marcie also brings a unique perspective on informational and financial analysis, opportunity assessment and project management. Client experience includes commercial real estate, higher education, automotive, airline, nonprofit, manufacturing and other service businesses.
Bruce Snyder, Agency Principal
Bruce has over 20 years experience in marketing, advertising and new business development. Corporate clients have included Verizon, Taco Bell, Pizza Hut, Omni Hotels, Motel 6, Regent University and others with initiatives addressing business growth through research, strategic planning, advertising, website development and e-strategies. Along with broad marketing experience, Bruce also teaches courses in marketing, advertising and e-strategy.

Kate Nichols, President, Impressions Media
Kate is responsible for market research, planning, buying and serves as the primary media contact for our clients. With over 16 years experience, Kate has overseen the success of many clients including: Pinehurst Hotel and Country Club, South Carolina Division of Parks, Recreation and Tourism, Old Edwards Inn and Spa, Applebee’s, Bojangle’s, Hardee’s, McDonalds, Ruby Tuesday, Ryan’s Family Steak Houses, Banyan Tree Development Corporation, 7-Eleven Stores, Bi-Lo Grocery Stores, and Southern Wesleyan University.
Suzy Roberts, Media Director
Suzy has 35 years of broadcast experience and has spent time on both sides of the media buying and selling spectrum. She began her career at WCCB-TV in Charlotte and then migrated to the media buying side as Broadcast Supervisor for Image Advertising. She joined IMS in 1997 and oversees all broadcast planning, cost estimating, negotiating and purchasing, promotions and added-value opportunities.
Our creative team is assembled and assigned based on the requirements of the project and the experience that we feel best-suited to the objectives of the client. Our freelance creative pool includes seasoned professionals with 10+ years experience at national advertising agencies and/or running their own design firms. Resources include:
